We believe addiction is a family illness where members are affected by their loved one’s actions.
We can work with addicts and/or affected others either one to one or in a family conference to enable a way forward without blame or negativity.
Some of the things we explore our feelings, drugs and their methods of use, stigma, guilt, and shame, blame, the cycle of change and relapse, enabling/rescuing behaviour and codependency.
We also offer interventions and appropriate assessment, signposting and treatment admissions.
We provide follow up sessions to build confidence and low self-esteem and help with any social skills that may have been affected during a period of illness.
