from £100.00
Psychotherapy is a safe route through which you can explore feelings , thoughts and behaviours as part of the process of change.
Change in our lives can be scary or intimidating and therapy helps you explore old patterns and behaviours that prevent a change in order to live a happier and more fulfilled life.
We offer 50/75 minute sessions for adults and young people using a Pluralistic approach which incorporates a range of modalities including CBT, Gestalt, IFS, TA and person centred therapy.
Every morning when you wake up we want you to feel ready for the day, doing things that you love and find meaningful.
Are you experiencing:
• ADHD• Hopelessness• Loneliness and isolation• Anxiety• Relationships – problems with intimacy, friendship/family fallouts• Addiction problems including substance misuse, sex and pornography, food, shopping, codependency, social networking, violence• Sexuality• Eating disorders• Low confidence or esteem• Bereavement• Domestic violence• Anger
Are you neurodivergent? All are team are, so our lived experience means we can relate to you and successfully help you. We get you!!
Couples and family therapy helps people in a close relationship help each other. We do not live in splendid isolation so we explore how we are part of a bigger family system. Within any family, there are multiple relationships. We offer couple and family therapy so all parties affected have a voice and can make useful changes in their relationships and their lives.
Words can be limiting – sometimes we just cant find the right language to explain what is going on, we may struggle to be heard and have lost our voice through painful early childhood experiences.
Trauma is held in the body and there are often no words for it – it’s a sense, a feeling which talking therapy doesn’t always reach.
Energy medicine healing and/or work with horses goes beyond the physical/the ‘known’ or learned language.
“It was my own transformation during work with horses that led me down a road of body and trauma exploration.
Besides my Psychology and therapy training I chose to use my drama therapy background and embrace shamanic energy work.
Bessel Van de Kolk and Gabor Mate both advocate the exploration of what is happening in the body and treatment using our internal family systems.
Energy medicine can reveal, unblock and heal and show us what lies below the conscious mind.
Neuroscience has shown us remarkable similarities between the limbic brain of horses and humans, which makes it possible for horses to serve as both our mirrors and our teachers in terms of understanding ourselves, our emotional life, and the way we relate to ourselves and those around us.
Horses help us to remember, to remember at a deep cellular level.
They bring the unconscious to the conscious. It is our job as practitioners and healers to support clients on their healing journey.” – Em Ferguson, Joy Provision Founder.
Joy Provision will facilitate this using equine assisted therapy and shamanic energy work and nature immersion (forest bathing) holding a safe space for psycho – therapeutic processing.

Weddings
from £800.00
A humanist wedding is a non‑religious, highly personal ceremony that focuses on you as a couple, your story and your values.
It is inclusive of everyone, whatever their beliefs, and can take place almost anywhere – from gardens and barns to beaches and back rooms.
( for England and Wales that the legal registration is separate.)
How we create your ceremony
We begin with one or more conversations to explore your ideas, hopes and the tone you want – relaxed, playful, soulful, or a blend.
From there we write a completely bespoke script, weaving together your story, your promises, any readings or rituals you love, and practical details so the ceremony flows beautifully.
Ideas and inspiration
We can suggest:
• Readings, poems or songs that fit your style
• Symbolic actions such as handfasting, ring‑warming or candle‑lighting
• Ways to involve family, children or friends in the ceremony
If you feel unsure where to start, we bring lots of ideas; if you have strong ideas already, we help shape and polish them.
