Psychotherapy is a safe route through which you can explore feelings , thoughts and behaviours as part of the process of change.

We offer 60/90 minute sessions for adults and young people using a Pluralistic approach which incorporates a range of modalities including CBT, Gestalt, IFS, TA and person centred therapy.
Every morning when you wake up we want you to feel ready for the day, doing things that you love and find meaningful.

Couples and family therapy helps people in a close relationship help each other. We do not live in splendid isolation so we explore how we are part of a bigger family system. Within any family, there are multiple relationships. We offer couple and family therapy so all parties affected have a voice and can make useful changes in their relationships and their lives.
